• A deposit of one night's lodging confirms your reservation.
• We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and personal checks.
• Check in by arrangement.
• Check out by 11 am.

Cancellations

• Your room will be held without a deposit. However, if you must cancel, there is a $20 service charge.
• Our cancellation policy requires 7 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date or full charge will be made to your credit card if we are unable to re-book your room.
• We offer a $20 cancellation insurance you can pay when you make your reservation. This would avoid your being charged in case of last minute problems that necessitate canceling or postponing your stay at Meadow Creek Ranch.
